1. No Legal Advice

Star Seed Mobile Notary Services is not an attorney or law firm and does not provide legal advice. We do not draft, prepare, or interpret legal documents and cannot advise on document content or legal outcomes.

2. Proper Identification Required

All signers must present valid, government-issued photo identification as required by Alabama notary law. Services will be refused if proper identification is not provided.

3. Willing and Aware Signers

All signers must be physically present, competent, and signing willingly and knowingly. Services will be declined if there is evidence of coercion, confusion, or incapacity.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are based on service type, travel distance, time, and complexity. Travel outside the standard service area may incur additional fees. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation or travel fee.

6. Document Accuracy and Completeness

Clients are responsible for ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and ready for signing. Star Seed Mobile Notary Services is not responsible for errors, omissions, or rejected documents due to document preparation issues.

7. Loan Signing Services

For loan signings, clients are responsible for providing complete document packages and clear instructions. Re-signs caused by borrower changes, missing documents, or lender errors may result in additional fees.

8. Field Inspection & Loss Control Services

Field inspection and loss control services are limited to visual observations only. We do not guarantee property condition, compliance, valuation, or occupancy status. Reports are based on conditions observed at the time of inspection.

9. Limitation of Liability

Star Seed Mobile Notary Services shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including document rejection, delays, or third-party decisions.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Star Seed Mobile Notary Services reserves the right to refuse service at any time if legal requirements are not met, safety concerns exist, or if a request violates state or federal law.
